Get started on your academic journey
Summer Start is a six-week programme beginning in January 2023 that gives school leavers the opportunity to gain credits towards their degree and start their university journey early. If you’re planning to study in Semester One 2023, Summer Start can help you make the transition to university life that much easier.
A great introduction to life on campus
If you want to get started on your university journey – and have some fun while doing it – then this is the programme for you. You’ll be part of a community of new students discovering what university life is all about.
Achieve your goals
Over the six-week programme, you’ll complete one course from the 2023 Summer Start course list that will go towards your University of Auckland degree programme before Semester One classes start on 27 February 2023. There’s a diverse range of courses to choose from, and we’re sure we can find one that’s right for you.
