Students paddling a waka on the water at Great Waka Ama Race
O’Week was the start. This is your next move.

Kia ora ,

O’Week might be wrapping up but there’s still plenty to take part in!

If Clubs Expo gave you a taste of campus life, Waka ama is a great next step. It’s active, social and a good way to make new friends outside your usual classes.

We’re looking for student paddlers to join The Great Waka Ama Race on Saturday 21 March. No experience needed – training and support are provided. Come with mates or join on your own.
